Can't you just buy one of them memory sticks, then move everything onto it then plug it into the new one?
But I can't start up my console so I can't move the data which is in the built in memory unit. Unless there's some other way. I'm just hoping that the power brick from my soon-arriving new console will do the trick. Because otherwise I have to start from scratch.
