Being a long time fan of a club famously forcing players to use their wrong foot in training, there are quite a few to mention.
But some have stopped doing it, you don't see Van Der Vaart doing it as much as he did when he was still at the club. I think the best example of big stars is Sneijder, both his feet are superb and it just comes down to the day which one is more lethal than the other.
Also C. Eriksen, he mentioned in an interview that he started out being only left footed but as time has gone and specially in Ajax he thought his right foot actually was better at the time. Or was it the other way around, i don't know!
