Is training actually useful? I've never bothered changing anything with it

Like I said earlier... your players will develop regardless if you have excellent facilities and coaches, but training is useful if you want to take that one step further in your player's development.

An attacking midfielder with normal training could have like 16 dribbling/technique/finishing etc. but if I went back in time and trained him using my own schedules, I think I could get that player to 18 dribbling/technique/finishing in the same amount of time...

Couldn't get Cesc. I feel like Sandro Rosell, Arsenal just wouldn't budge.

So I've decided to fuck defence and get Ganso.

Am I the only one who thinks Cesc is not all that useful in the game? I can never seem to get the best out of him, usually ends up with like 7-10 assists with an average rating of 6.5-7.

Try him on the left as an inside forward.

I already have Neymar, Lucas(Moura) and Villa beasting shit up there though

Buy Heskey and Titus Bramble, put them both upfront. Then get George Elokobi to play just behind them. Beast of a strike force

On 11.2 when I forged the destruction of Barcelona... Iniesta signed with Inter Milan or something and did amazingly well.

Yeah alright. I play him as a supporting centre midfield(1 midfield to the right of him and then 1 deeper in a 4-3-3 if it makes any difference)

Polska how do you get the best out of Cesc? I've tried him as a central midfielder and attacking midfielder (advanced playmaker & central mid) is he just not that consistenton the game?
