So what? Blackburn have beat many of Englands top teams more than once. Drawing with Manchester United is nothing, Blackburn have beat them. Your logic makes no sense, clearly Blackburn is the better team.

I think Rangers would do better in the Premier League than Blackburn did. Although, that might be down to their manager.
