I'd take Hummels as the best U-21 qualified (if Germany made the tournament he'd be eligible) CB, Sakho hasn't progressed as well as I thought he would although he's still boss, torn between him and Smalling who I really like.

u21 tournament is a higher quality than Scotlands national team.
