Actually i'm really pleased we got the big teams in the first few months. better than getting a newly promoted team..they could do a hull or blackpool and rip shit up at the start

It's not. You can't possibly know that. The only people that will know this will be a panel of people overseeing the fixture list. You'll be wrong, 100%. I'll bet you £50 straight up now, through pay pal?

I think it is fair to say Hull have been dealt a shit set of fixtures this year...
So there we have a first game against a relegated side then 2 away games at promotion contenders.
Then our boxing day game is away at Boro...
And our last 2 fixtures of the season are against 2 other promotion contenders...
But then in March, out of the 7 games played then. 4 are played away. Southampton away, Ipswich away (both long journeys for us) Coventry and a Yorkshire derby with Leeds.
I'd like to have these fixtures re done.

Our Tuesday night games
Leeds away
Doncaster away
Brum home
Barnsley away
Southampton away
Derby home
Doncaster home
Birmingham away
Leeds home
Southampton home
Middlesborough home
Barnsley home
The only reason we don't have 2 Middlesbrough night games is because one is on boxing day which I guess is one of the days the police class as an easy to police day. Derby only a night game because it is the New Years fixture.
I wonder what the police in Southampton have got against us, 2 night games with them. 2 night games with Birmingham? I'm not fussed about the Yorkshire derbies because there was trouble at Doncaster and Barnsley last year. I just want to know why both our Brum and Southampton fixtures are both night games.

Possible weekender in Saarfend to start the season, can't complain.
We have 4 local teams at home 1 after another which is fucked up Bristol, Shrewsbury, Cheltenham and Swindon.

What is Birminghams problem with Yorkshire teams then? I don't remember going to Brum and there been any trouble. I did walk through the city wondering how long it was going to be till I got shot but apart from that it was all sound.

Gillingham away first game of the season for the second time in two seasons . Last time I went there it took me 8 hours to get home due to traffic. I'll probably end up going though knowing what I'm like.
I'm pleased that all our local games are on a saturday and especially pleased we're playing Hereford at home in september as they always start the season shit so we might not lose for a change
Plymouth away last game of the season is quality. In the 2001/2002 season we played them last game of the season when they were champions and we needed a point for promotion. Was around 20,000 there and the atmosphere was electric. I'm hoping for a repeat of this.
Bar Gillingham the only game I'm disappointed about is having Torquay away on a tuesday night again which happens every bloody season.

Scunthorpe Away 26th December, throw a snowball at Knills head

That would be quality. Especially if you could organise it so everyone did it.
There was something similar at Boothferry Park when our chairman (who was a big tennis fan) was playing with the club. As a protest a load of city fans threw tennis balls onto the pitch during the game to get it stopped.
I wasn't there but i've been told the story and there was apparaently 1000's of tennis balls on the pitch and it took ages for them to clear them off.
