Sanchez Watt is out for 49 days after picking up a leg injury.
The club hope he can make a speedy recovery and be back playing for the club soon.

Simon Grayson rang the changes for the 2nd round cup tie with Bury and it just got them through.
Leeds had many chances but Bury Keeper Belford would not be beaten so the game went to extra time where Davide Somma finally got the winner with 12 minutes remaining which sent the Leeds fans manic and in to the 3rd round of the League cup.

Aston Villa Have beaten Leeds United in a game that went to extra time, Leeds United Fought well against the Premier League side but inevitably lost with a goal from Darren Bent, The two managers spoke after the game giving their views on the result.

Leeds Player Neil Kilkenny has been banned from the club for two weeks after going mad at Alex Mcleish the Aston Villa boss after the game. He was said to have been told to do it by a Birmingham fan who was his friend. And is reportedly lurking on the famous The Playmaker football forum.
Sanchez Watt gave his view, he said he totally attacked him for no reason and if it was not for Kisnorbo headbutting him Mcleish would have been seriously hurt.

Leeds United snatched a draw from Preston after being dominated for large parts of the game. Preston North end went ahead in the 14th Minute due to a goal from Eddie Johnson from a rebound of an earlier shot which had hit the post. Preston pushed on and looked like they would snatch a second but Leeds equalised in the 78th Minute through Becchio.
Simon Grayson said we did not play to our best today but sometimes you have to get these hard fought draws and we are lucky we got one today.
