Borysiuk sent off.
Those types of tackles were acceptable in Ekstraklasa, but not anymore Ariel.

Re: Bundesliga 11/12
Just your typical get stuck in tackles. Two of them, both yellow cards.
Doesn't help that the ref is a fruitcake who stops play every 5 seconds for the slightest foul. (I think he is the guy that gave Gotze a ridiculous red card earlier?)
Borysiuk is a really good defensive midfielder, but his fouling was a problem even in the Ekstraklasa. I think one important thing moving to the Bundesliga will do for Borysiuk is help him reduce the amount of fouls he commits.

Re: Bundesliga 11/12
The Bundesliga is booming
The league has set a new record came in the first half of the current season per game average of 44 345 spectators in the stadium - the highest average attendance in the history of the Bundesliga. In the second division, the interest is also strong: 17,125 spectators attended the games on average.
A total of 6.78 million viewers included the German football league in the 153 games of the Bundesliga first round - which means an increase of seven percent over the first round last season.
"The numbers are a testament to the attractiveness of the competitive league, which thrilled the fans with top-class sports and excitement than in any other league. In addition, the strategy of the club goes with moderate ticket prices on great comfort and high safety standards are obvious," says Christian Seifert, chairman of the DFL.
The ticket prices even decreased slightly. On average, a ticket cost for a visit to the stadium in the league € 22.43.
17 125 spectators in the second division means 27 percent more fans than in the first round of last season (13 474). A total of 9.4 million visited in the preliminary round matches of the 306 spectators and 2nd Bundesliga Bundesliga. This represents an increase of over one million viewers.

Re: Bundesliga 11/12
I didn't know this :
Bayern reveal cash loan to Dortmund
Borussia Dortmund may be defending Bundesliga champions and currently top of the table, but the president of title rivals Bayern Munich has revealed he helped keep them in business a few years ago.
Bayern president Uli Hoeness told fans in Hamburg on Monday how his club had lent Dortmund money to be staff their wages less than a decade ago.
In the mid-1990s Dortmund won the Bundesliga title and the Champions League, but by 2003 they were on the verge of bankruptcy. Hoeness spoke of how the Bavarian giants helped their Ruhr valley rivals out of a tight spot.
Hoeness said: "When (Dortmund) were aware that they could no longer pay their salaries, we gave them €2 million without collateral for a few months."
Later on Monday, Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke (pictured, left, with Hoeness) told Ruhr Nachrichten: "Yes, I can confirm a loan."
Dortmund went two points clear at the top of the table at the weekend after they won 2-0 at Nuremberg and Bayern were held to a draw at Hamburg, a club managed by former Bayern midfielder Thorsten Fink.
In the past Bayern, Germany's richest and most successful club, have also given loans to local rivals 1860 Munich and Hamburg-based club St Pauli.
