Re: BUNDESLIGA 10/11
Is it a bold claim to say Dortmund look like they're running away with it?

I think it will be hard for Dortmund to keep performing like they have. Think they'll have a hard time keeping the number 1 spot, though, 10 points is quite a gap..

Re: BUNDESLIGA 10/11
Dortmund's next fixture at Bayer Leverkusen could be crucial to their title chances, if they don't get a result I could see them going on a bad run which would cost them.

Dortmund lost the first game of the season at home, to Leverkusen. From there, they won 14 of the remaining 16 games in the first half of the season. So even if they do lose in January to them, they won't hit some terrible form immediately.

Yeah I know, but they could start doubting themselves and lose this winning mentality so quickly and everything could just fall apart. Happened to us last season.

Re: BUNDESLIGA 10/11
You English boys should watch more of it. The game's are usually played at quite the frenetic play.
Defenses can be questionable at some times, especially with certain teams (like Moenchengladbach this year). But there are few dull moments in the league, and there is a plethora of young players that are just exciting to watch.

Admittedly, I've seen nothing this season.

You should! This has been one of the more exciting seasons recently. Take into consideration, that the 4th place team has a GD of -2. Quite an impressive feat.

Re: BUNDESLIGA 10/11
I watched a Dortmund game the other week but I got annoyed with the commentary.
I watched Schalke v Hamburg near the start of the season though, that was a boring game. Good free kick got scored though.
Hamburg or Hoffenheim, was one or the other.

I do that James, when I've had a long save on FM with someone I start keeping an eye out for their results and players.
Been watching more German football on ESPN recently.

Hoffenheim I think, with Salihovic winning the game with his free kick (although I think Huntelaar scored late on to make it 2-1).

Just a few goals, eh? I didn't see it, but I think there might have been a couple of instances of those questionable defenses.

I was willing them on to come back, Ribery's goal was quality.
