Favourite position in bed.

What is your favourite sleeping position in bed?


Mine is sleeping on my side, it changes from night to night, but usually it's on my left.

i sleep on my stomac and slowly move to my side by time i wake up in morning

I seem to lie facing the door. So it changes depending where I'm sleeping.

I sleep on my stomach but wake up on my back. It's really strange.

I always sleep on my right, can tell it's not good for me though cos when I wake up my shoulder proper hurts.

its not its actual quite nice

only problem sometimes u wake up i t his position because ur head lays on ur hands, ur hands become numb really bad

It's really comfortable. Like Mauro said, when your tired you just end up like that.

Sleep on my stomach. I find I usually get very bad nightmares when I sleep on my back.

Thought you were talking about having sex, then I realized this is the Playmaker.

When alone I move quite a bit, I usually start on my stomach, hands/arms under my pillow propping me up, end up on my back or even to the side by the time I wake up.

exactly the same, but weirdly only started doing this couple months ago.

I never know which position I fall asleep in, but I usually wake up on my back.

The worst thing is when you sleep on your arm.

You wake up and your arm is completely numb for about 30 seconds, it's happened to me quite a few times. First time it happened i woke up in the middle of the night and thought i was having a stroke or something, as it was on my left side. Scared the hell out of me.

Usually on my back.

Happens to me occasionally, don't really know how I get in such a position where my arm is under my back though...

I'm yet to find the sweet spot

No, he hasn't got a job, so he spends his day doing nothing = no energy expenditure = no need to sleep.

When I first go to sleep, it's usually on my right. But I never stick to one position.

Think I usually wake up on my back though.
