    DAVID MOYES will tell Everton chairman Bill Kenwright that he needs £15million to challenge for a European spot next season.



    David Moyes has drawn up a list of targets to present to Kenwright during crunch talks at Goodison this week.


    He has ruled out going for high-earners like Michael Owen, who is out of contract at Manchester United this summer.


    Instead, Moyes will tell Kenwright that £15m is all he needs to freshen up his squad and challenge for a Europa League spot.


    He has made it clear he wants to build a team around the likes of Jack Rodwell rather than sell his prized asset to raise funds for new signings.


    Everton will cement a highly respectable top-seven finish if they avoid defeat against Chelsea in their final match today.

    About time Moyes, this is what we need!!!

    I'd like to see what he can do if he was given £15m, I reckon he'd make a few good signings on the cheap.

    Will he actually get that budget though, you reckon?

    You can bring in quite a few quality players with 15m if spent right.

    Everton use FM so it's not like they'd have a hard time finding players. Razz

    He can take 15m far, he's bought cahill, Arteta, Distin and Baines for a combined fee of 14.5m.

    If it's caused by injuries every year... what can Moyes do?

    Anyway, I think Moyes is respected because he can work a budget, has consistently kept Everton a strong side competing for Europe, and plays attractive football. Why should the board sack him when Moyes is doing a consistent fine job? Especially when he could be replaced by someone like Hodgson. sick

    Disagreed completely.

    It's nothing 'attractive' but it's definitely not horrible. They are better to watch than the majority of EPL teams.

    Well, i was guessing the prices really. didn't know Cahill was that cheap, Wasn't Distin for 5m? Baines was for 6m.
