Don't agree with you, Tevez adds alot coming deeper and playing nice passes like Rooney, but he's been doing it whilst scoring loads.

But I prefer Rooney.

I reckon Tevez is a better dribbler too. He makes a lot of his own chances out of nothing.

Tevez has much better footwork, ball control etc too

That's only because Rooney plays so deep. Tevez has played almost up front on his own at City, and has scored 42 in 42?

Rooney did that last season, and scored 34.

Maybe I could of worded that better, both Tevez and Rooney have amazing workrates.

To be honest if Rooney was playing in Tevez's role for City I think he'd score more because he'd have to.. like 09/10 when we needed a scorer to step up and he smashed in 34, a lot of the time as a lone striker.

Rooney had an unbelievable season last season. But that's just what it was, a good season.

Tevez is consistently better than Rooney's average performance.

Rooney is also overrated because he's English. If he was Argentinean he wouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as Tevez.
