Higher league position means fuck all aside from money. I believe we've both finished ahead of each other three times in the last six. It's about trophies you win, regardless of how close they got, they still ended up with the same amount.

I would say its the other way around, you had a competent manager at the start of the season but the Liverpool fans ruined the players confidence that were peforming well such as Ngog and Pouslen.
