Inspired by the other thread. But this one actually works on people more often than the Facebook link.
Objective: freak out the other person on Omegle by knowing their location
Step 1: Set up IP capture generator
- Vist http://www.myiptest.com/staticpages/index.php/how-about-you
- Enter a link in the redirect box (i.e. google.com)
- Open the link in the "link for you" box in a new tab/window
- Copy the link in the "link for person" box
Step 2: Conceal the link
- Go to goo.gl
- Copy the link (from Step 1 from "link for person") and paste it in goog.gl
- This will create a redirect link
- Copy the goo.gl link that is created and proceed to Step 3
Step 3: Omegle chat
- Be creative and make the other person click on the goo.gl link you created
- Don't post the link right away, because they will be less likely to click on it
- It works best if the other person is asking for a picture.
Step 4: Find their location
- Once you think they have clicked on the link, go back to that other page you opened in a new tab/window in Step 1
- Refresh the page
- You should see an entry with an IP address. Copy that IP address
- Go to http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm?GetLocation
- Paste the IP Address and it will tell you the location of the IP address
*NOTE: the location will be a city, so it's not that detailed. Also, the IP address doesn't show you the location of the person, but of the Internet server provider or whatever.
