Yeah, it's one with your left, one with your right and one with your head. As far as I know it's irrelevant when it's scored and if the other team score.

Theres different variations, in Germany and some other country it has to be uninterrupted, as in no one can score in between your 3 goals

I've always thought it as right foot, left foot and head foot. Doesn't matter if anybody scores in between, just score 3 in a game.
