Clarky, I made this, it's not exactly the same font but it's very very similar. Is it okay? Can update it at a later date with the exact font if I ever find out what it is.

I don't think it's comic sans, I did a lot of research. For one the t's in comic sans are different.
I think it's "DIN Schriften Mittelschrift" or something similar, perhaps. Not sure why/how Royal would use such an obscure font though. I couldn't find a free download for macs either.
