Not to worry bud i was only replying to someone saying Torres learned all about diving at Liverpool. So had to back my club up

I do recall he had a bit of a tendency to go down a little bit easily at his first season with you. Not calling him a diver or anything, just thought he'd look to get something out of nothing rather than playing on, occasionally.

Had a shocker last night on the diving front though.

he is just a proper cheaters

sure every team has divers but those are usually when the opponent sticks a leg out and thye take advantage or when there is small contact... with torres he straight out tries to cheat

I actually think he Torres earlier on in his Liverpool career tried i think to stay on his feet more often. But over the past wee while especially the past year he has been going down a lot more. And well last night i would have been embaressed if he had been playing for Liverpool, and was embaressed with the way he was going down and his attitutde at the end of his Liverpool career.

What about the United Goal last night top class. Carrick though he was Scholes with that pass Giggs thought he was 21 again with his class run and pass and Rooney remembered he was actually a good player form and class bud.

That was a dive from Rooney, but there was contact made and none to the ball, silly challenge and if Rooney went down straight away it would have been a penalty.

Just Rooney is an absolutely shit diver, Ronaldo would have won a penalty for that challenge.

Maybe but it was a dive and a lot of players do it. But i have also at times seen Rooney getting kicked and getting up and getting on with it just like a lot of players do but we dont seem to notice these things.

That was a stonewall penalty, he was just helping the referee make the right decision by going down. The Blackburn player made a careless tackle, therefore it was a foul.

Diving is ok by me. In the heat of the moment I get pissed off when opposition players do it but I think it's clever if done right.

Carrick was immense last night imo. Best I've seen him play for ages. The passing was there, not just the shitty backwards or to the side, but balls foward and over the top (the goal). Got stuck in as well. Giggs' touch to get away from Bosingwa was class, good finish as well.
