Have you seen the sappy wrist cutters on this forum (I know Kuled got Kyro in b4 me. Recognized). They're constantly looking for a shower rod to hang themselves from. And why shouldn't they be confident though? Endless truckloads of hardware tends to enhance the confidence (unless your name is kyro).

You taking the piss mate? Dortmund are 7 points clear in the Bundesliga. I'd say it's "safer" to predict them as Bundesliga champions than pick one for the Premier League, which United/Arsenal/Chelsea could all win.polska. wrote:Predict Ligue 1, Serie A, Bundesliga or Ekstraklasa for me then.ViVaRooney wrote:polska. wrote:Doesn't exactly take an expert to predict the EPL now. Must have been high when making the predictions, Steve Claridge aswell.
These "experts" aren't as good as me at predicting

Only thing one with Claridge's is Liverpool in the top 4. That's better than saying United will finish outside the Champions League places.B0dunrin wrote:ViVaRooney wrote:Micky Quinn Ex-Newcastle and Coventry striker Micky Quinn

Think he means at the start for each season regarding the German league, since there rarely is a consecutive champion.

Tbh, there's probably not 6 teams in the Bundlesiga you'd predict to win it.Bogdan wrote:Danny wrote:You taking the piss mate? Dortmund are 7 points clear in the Bundesliga. And if he means it that way, Serie A? Come on, it's either Inter or AC.

Yeah, the Italian league is a weak point to bring up.

Serie A is not clearcut. If Inter don't win it, a bunch of other teams could. Besides we are predicting the top 4-5 ish, not the champion.

Napoli and Udinese also have a chance, but if I was predicting I would say Inter.

I don't think Danny realizes this thread is about predictions made at the start of the season.

I do, but then you said "predict Serie A", so I did. I can't go back to the start of the season and predict it then can I?polska. wrote:I don't think Danny realizes this thread is about predictions made at the start of the season.
Even at the start, I would have probably said Inter or AC. Certainly Inter, as it's been about 5 or 6 years since anyone else won it.

That was rhetorical.
I wasn't looking for an actual response+prediction, I was proving a point.
Yes, Inter Milan is likely, and if not Inter, i'd put my money between Napoli and Milan, but that's not the point. The point is at the start of the season, whilst Inter Milan is most likely to retain the title, many teams could compete for it, while in England only 3 teams can really compete for it. Serie A is alot more unpredictable after Inter Milan.

It'll be the same old story, Man U and Chelsea go after title while Arsenal collapse around this time of the year next year. Spurs and Liverpool won't compete and neither will City.
Plus see my edit you dirty spammer. That's not even the point, the point is that behind Inter Milan Serie A is more unpredictable.
