It wasn't an easy shot to save tbh, he was expecting RVP to go for the far post but instead he hit an incredibly powerful shot from a tight angle into the near post. It was a difficult shot to react to, nobody saw it coming.

He made one good stop this game. But the goals he conceded were shocking.

I know a guy who watches Russian league vigilantly, he says Akinfeev is one of the most overrated goalkeepers in the world and he has been total shit for the last 2-3 seasons. He's been shit in Europe and Internationally whenever I've seen him as well.
Him and Ochoa, probably the two most overrated goalkeepers in the world today.
