I would defo say the spanish league its not as physical and teams usually have a more attacking mentality there.

Really?? I never thought so, although I did think he'd do better with Arsenal.

sebi is beast give him time to adapt. is either he needs time or arsenal unlucky to get him right when he starting to past his peak

if mediocre players like shawcross and samba can being success in epl when the only thing they know is how to hoof ball and go to gym then sebi should be well after some time

I would hardly call Shawcross and Samba successes in the Prem. It's just that they are adapted to the Premier League and can compete in the League which is completely different to being a success.

Could you link me to these please? Would love to see which idiots are praising these players. I can assure you, both Samba and Shawcross are not highly rated players. Shawcross is only 23 and is a decent defender and only time will tell if he will succeed. Anyway, like I said, they are well adapted to the PL and suit the league but they are not known as "successes"

Leagues have evolved differently. Take a striker from England, he would not necessarily be prolific if he is reliant on his strength and height. The quicker faster more intelligent defenders of La Liga would put him out of the game easily.

On the other hand, doing the reverse, a small weaker more intelligent La Liga striker could easily struggle against EPL's tall strong tough defenders and would have to depend on his off the ball movement and intelligence as well as his speed to get anywhere.

Reason why Torres was so succesful in England was because not only is he fast and intelligent with his movements, but he also has the strength and is not small to succeed against the typical EPL defenders. I am confident Torres would be succesful in Spain as well.

Serie A however is different. The Defenders are not only physical tough tall hard defenders, but they are also especially intelligent with defending. Basically they are the type of defender suited for countering a player like Torres. They probably would give Torres a much tougher time than both of the other two leagues.

Squillacci wasn't a particularly good defender in the first place, and in addition, is not suited for Arsenal's high line. I doubt he'll ever succeed at Arsenal.

The reason I put English as the hardest is that there is a lot of teams here that tend to focus on defences. Birmingham, Stoke, Liverpool, Everton etc. Whereas in Spain, teams tend to play open no matter who they play against. And Italy fits in between them both as it seems alot of goals do get scored in that league from just looking at results.
You say that, but wasn't there something like 41 goals scored on a single Saturday last week in the prem?

I thought the Italian League was renowned for being a very defensive and tactical league. I can't say because i've never need a Serie A game and i rarely watch La Liga.
