For example, Lech Poznan does from whole Wielkopolski area, Legia for all Mazovian area, Krakow would just be the general area around Krakow and I guess Malopolski, Lechia Gdansk from Pomerania, Gornik Zabrze and other Silesian clubs be from Silesia.

If it is still confusing, another good example is Italy. Palermo take from Sicily, Napoli take from Neapolitan, Bari from Puglia, Roma take from Rome, Fiorentine take from Florencia, Juventus take from Piedmont, Milan and Inter from Lombardia, Genoa and Sampdoria from Liguria etc.

That's not the point. (and you are missing French Euskera )

The point is that clubs pick from their region. Thus Milan select from all of Lombardia (10m pop and 23 sq km). Likewise, England would from their respective areas. For example, Birmingham would pick from all the Midlands, whilst Newcastle picks from all the northeast of England.

I guess if we went by Basque rules (Basque ethnicity, born in Basque area of Spain or France, OR signed by a (not necessarily Bilbao) Basque club before the age of 16.) then yes, you can count Messi and London can count Fabregas.

Barcelona's XI would be basically the same with the exception of David Villa, Dani Alves, and Maxwell/Abidal. Bojan would take Villa's place, but I'm not sure about the others mentioned. Also, Fabregas could be considered, but it's hard to see him take a place in the XI.
