Will a team with striped kits ever dominate the EPL?

We all know Barca dominate La Liga, and they have a striped kit. Will this ever happen in England? I mean, the top clubs (Man United, Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs) have full coloured kits.

Move the games to 2 am kickoffs and extend the half time to half an hour, allowing full recovery for the extreme amount of tugging the spectator has just carried out. I can see Debra Meedan going for this

Newcastle can potentially do that. They are considered a big club + have an amazing fanbase but were talking 5+ years probably.

No team dominates the EPL to begin with, whether their jerseys are striped or not.

I doubt Hull City will win the Premier League anytime soon.
