Berbatov will resume his usual uselessness soon enough.
So with half a season to go, if Berbatov got half his tally from last season, so 6, that would give him a total of 25 goals by the end of the season. That should be enough to see him win it in my opinion.
I must also enforce that it is known that Berbatov was not useless whatosever last year, he was vital in our efforts, what was it? 12 goals, 14 assists, 10 assists of assists, that is phenomenol, better than Torres who will get an unbalanced record of 15 goals, 1 assist, that shows inconsistency and selfishness.
The only way Berbatov can possibly fail to win the trophy, is if Tevez gets his normal bundle of penalty goals, they're the only reason he can challenge Berbatov in the first place at this moment

There is no such thing as a Goldon Boot.
My friend, this was simply a test of mine supplied to you to see whether your spelling and word knowledge is up to scratch. Of course I mean elaborate.
It appears my keyboard broke and my "e" button is typing "o"'s. I will correct the keyboard malfunction as soon as possible.

We only need to take a look at the current Official Player Performance Index to see just how superbly Dimitar Berbatov is performing.
This shows how good a players all round play is. Not just goalscoring. Suggesting Dimitar Berbatov's all round play, is the best of the best.

Not to mention, the players around him. One would suggest that he wouldn't shine at a mid-table side like Liverpool. Lucas Leiva on the other hand, he has shone throughout the season and has been very undervaluded, not just by his own supporters, but supporters of other teams. If for one and glad to see one of the top 5 midfielders in the world playing alongside the likes of Meireles and Gerrard in the midfield. He definitely deserves some of your praise as well Liam. We can't allow unappreciated players to not reap the rewards of a bit of praise.

In ice hockey, they give credit for up to two assists per goal. I think they should do the same in football.

Berbatov could probably not score a goal for the rest of the season and be very near the top.

Re: The Golden Boot 2010/2011
Remember a few years ago when Anelka won with 18? What a year that was.
I still can't see Berbatov winning it, he's gotten goals in bunches vs. bad teams and I have my doubts about him continuing that, I'd hedge a bet on Tevez.
