No, a Bolivian cunt added like 30 minutes once in an Argentina vs. Ecuador match in Buenos Aires a few decades ago because the Argentines told him he wouldn't get out of the stadium alive if Ecuador won.

I remember in Copa Ameria 2007, there were over 10 minutes of added time because the lights went out in the stadium.
