I'll take that but read that rule. No offensive content, what he posted was clearly offensive. I didn't do anything to deserve it where as my reply was a reaction.

In the rule, instead of "offensive content," I suggest going with "obscene content." You might even want to specify "obscene imagery."

There's no way Rooney should be in 12th, putting his form in early 2010 into account, then his form at the WC and beyond...i'd say he belongs between 30-40.

The placing wasn't based only on what they did for 2010. Overall quality was also taken into consideration. A mixture between form and class as it were.

They need to do one which takes relativity into account, for example Charlie Adam was superb for Blackpool as they got promoted and has continued to impress into the Premier League. Been more consistent than 90% of the list, and has had it really tough with being in a weak team playing against much better.
