    The Norwegian national football team, controlled by the Football Association of Norway, is the national team of Norway in association football. The team played its first international in 1908. Its home ground is Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo, which seats 25,572 spectators.

    Norway has participated three times in the FIFA World Cup (1938, 1994, 1998), and once in the European Championship (2000). The Norwegian national team is the only team that has played Brazil without ever losing to them, winning two matches and drawing on two other.

    Good results overall because you are yet to lose against them. They have always been a quality side so for any country to be undefeated against them they earn my respect.

    I thought I could post a little update. Norway will face Denmark for a very big match in Oslo in about 1,5 week from now, if Norway win that match will we have a gap between us and Denmark and Portugal.

    News
    - Our goalie, Jon Knudsen (Stabæk), is injuried. Espen Bugge Pettersen (Molde) or Rune Almenning Jarstein (Viking) will be goalie for that match.
    - John Carew have said he has some back-problems, but hopes to be ready for this match.
    - The tickets was sold out in under 5(!) minutes.

    Hopefully that cracking shot will shoot Norway to the Euro Championship next year. It's insane how close we are already. Beaten Portugal at home, Iceland and Cyprus away. All we need is to beat Denmark, Iceland and Cyprus at home really.

    First championship since 2000 if it happens.

    Last time I wrote here we were close to the Euros. What ever happend? I don't remember, but we've blown since this.

    Allthough it looks brighter for the Euro2016 Qualification. I'll come back later to update this.
