Re: Official Nottingham Forest Thread
He's scored the same amount of goals for us than he did for Middlesbrough
Middlesbrough:
Played 27, scored 6
Forest:
Played 9, scored 6
I think he can be a very good finisher in the Championship like he was in the SPL, but only in a good team. If we had him all season he'd be on around 20-25 goals easily.

Proved everyone wrong who said that he couldn't cut it.

Re: Official Nottingham Forest Thread
Yeah the first one he ran onto a through ball and placed it round the keeper, and the 2nd one was a free kick, he driven it through the wall and it took a bit of a deflection
BILLY SIGN HIM UP, BILLY BILLY SIGN HIM UP!!

Re: Official Nottingham Forest Thread
This pretty much suggests that we'll be signing Boyd in the summer

Boss Billy Davies does not believe Nottingham Forest will see Kris Boyd at his sharpest this season.
But the Scot still believes the on-loan striker has the quality to help fire the Reds into the play-offs and beyond.
Boyd took his tally to four goals in two games - and six overall since arriving at the City Ground from Middlesbrough - with a double in the 5-1 win over Scunthorpe on Saturday.
Davies hailed Boyd's form but also believes the player is still not quite at full sharpness, and he does not expect that to come until he has worked on his fitness levels in pre-season.
"I don't think he will find his true sharpness until next season, but there is no doubt that he will score goals," said Davies. "He did it here again, against Scunthorpe.
"His fitness is still not where it could be but to get him to that we would need to get him through a summer. However, we also know that strikers are all about scoring goals and that is exactly what he is doing. Hopefully, that will continue."

Re: Official Nottingham Forest Thread
Boyd will be great for Forest. Already scored as many goals in 9 games as he did at shitty Middlesbrough in around 30 games.

Re: Official Nottingham Forest Thread
We're on Sky tomorrow if anyone wants to see some proper football. Much better than the shit served up by Barca and Madrid recently. Plus, we've scored 11 goals in our last 3 games with a 3-2 win, 3-2 win and a 5-1 win. Can't get much more exciting!

QPR vs Leeds on BBC is better.
Freedman will do us a favour and thrash you lot. We'll win by a few goals as well. Kisnorbo is making his return.

I hope not.
Martin O'Neil would be the favourite if he did. Not sure if he'd come to us though, but we'd be the only club he would drop a division for

I would have loved to have been alive when Clough was our manager!

Thanks
I reckon if we get off to a good start next year, it could finally be our year. We need some backing from the board though, what do you think?
