Berbatov did very well on the absolute minimal service he recieved, perfectly teing up Wayne Rooney early on, had a few gorgeous flicks and a decent effort on goal in the first 30 mins.

Then as soon as our midfield stopped dominating the game Berbatov was left with absolutely no service.

Then, as soon as we started looking threatening again with Berbatov the spearhead in the second half, Fergie substituted him for Hernandez to save Rooneys embarassment. I expect Fergie will give Berbatov his full explanation and apology for the substitution behind close doors and inform him it will not happen again in a similar situation.

If your midfield somehow dominated then why didn't Berbatov do a few more with rooney and himself from that service

You are so full of pish, United have been on a great run and have had a few things going for them in certain games but every team needs a bit of luck, but i not heard so much pish for a long time. Did you see the pitches they played on years ago and did players make an excuse that the pitch was not good can you imagine Roy Keane and the likes moaning about bad pitches and the old United greats Like Charlton, Law and Best played on pitches that were like ice rinks and mud fields.

it's the same for both teams! you may have noticed that we dont play a kick and rush game. we play on the deck, and as poor as the pitch looks it still plays true. Liverpool faired very well on the same pitch a couple of weeks ago! you were outplayed, outfought and your attack forced one decent save the entire second half - a paul scholes handball! you couldn't even cheat yourselves to a point!
