I just looked on Wiki and found out the real numbers. It's basically the same but Russia got 13 votes instead of 12 as stated previously. That means that one English voter voted for Russia in the second round.
Anyways, I'm shocked that England got last. Real shame.

Not arrogant at all. If we lost to Spain/Portugal by a few votes then it'd be fine. But to lose to, not just two inferior bids, but in the manner that we lost is a disgrace. And the fact it was given to Russia reeks of it being fixed.
Why did two Belgium/Netherlands voters switch their vote to get Russia the votes they needed in the second round? Belgium/Netherlands were still there.
