Console Human Movement Upgrade

Hey has anybody seen the new upgarde out for Madden 11.

I saw an advert while streaming an NFL game and it showed an NFL player playing Madden using his own movements and not a controller. I think its something to do with Playstation Move or Xbox Kinetic or whatever its called.

The player had motion straps around his thighs and arms. The faster the player ran on the spot the faster the player ran in the game. Same with throwing the football.

Has anybody else seen this because ive tried googling it and looking on YouTube but cant see anything. Might have something to do with that new EA Sports Active but not sure

Yeah......Kinect......everyone has heard of it

Though thinking about it I didn't think you needed to have motion straps on you.......

Prefer Move anyway, you actually get controllers with it.

No the game itself was what I was talking about.

Everybody has hard of Move and Kinect obviously.

I think what I saw was a Madden upgrade and the straps are for use with Madden. Something like the guitar for Guitar Hero.

Havent really seen any proper info and was just wondering if Madden fans heard of it

If I wanted to play those games, I would play my Wii.

Theyre just a lot better than the Wi. The games are better, better graphics and the motion controllers work a lot better. If you didnt get it before. Its just better lol

I wouldnt buy it myself as Ive quite a small room so dont really have space to stand swing around like a cock

& the fact all the games atm are things like "Dance whatever"

Not interested in the Kinect at all. When i play my xbox i just wanna sit back and relax, i don't really feel like jumping around in front of my TV like an undignified retard. Besides, its not like any of the games are appealing. As Anderson said, all they've got is some crapy dancing game.

I can see what their going for, but im happy using my xbox controller Microsoft.

Why don't people go outside and get some exercise then, if they're going for realism?

Wii games are appealing to some because of the cartoon and animated style.

Probably because its hard to get around 30 people together for a game of American Football

I like the idea of Kinect. Too pricey for me atm, but will definitely look into it in the future. Would be good for fitness stuff and playing some fun sports games.
