Don't understand the Mert hate. He's not as good as Koscielny but he is more consistent.

I don't hate him. I like him in our side and starting alongside Koscielny, still like Williams.

I'm not sure if Phadunkin is serious, but I agree people seem to hate/underrate Mert for some unknown reason. He's by no means the best CB in the PL but he's comfortably good enough for a CL's team.

Think they hate his lack of pace. Play FIFA too much.

Maybe. BRodge will probably pander to the Kop's older generation by putting in Jordan "Run Your Heart Out" Henderson for Moses.  

I loved that Moses goal, he did what the likes of Downing/Henderson would never have done and ran directly to goal. Henderson would probably have scuffed a pass to Sturridge, while Downing would have turned around and looked for the easy pass to the fullback.  

Agreed, it was good to see Moses score in his first game for us. Will give him the confidence to keep attacking like that. 

Coutinho's situation is worrying though. It did not look good. We turned to absolute shit when he went off.
