Re: Chat Thread
I guess one way would be to give the charity £100 of your own money, and prove doing so. Then I'll give you the £100 back, directly. Maybe even add on another £10 for your honesty.Vela wrote:Unlikeable, cocky, AND disgusting? Jeez Scott, did I kill your only son or something? Not exactly sure what you mean by proving I will give money to the charity, can you give an example? I will gladly reduce your debt to £50, provided that you use the other £50 for a good cause.
Lol, reducing it to £50? Now you're making it obvious that you're just desperate for the money for yourself.

Its probably best you don't look through his/her (whatever the fuck it want's to pretend to be) other posts. I looked once and it made me contemplate undergoing chemotherapy

So what's so weird with 13 year old kids drinking?

It's not weird. It's the norm here.
Don't think I started drinking until I was like, 17 though. Lost my virginity at 18 too, so I was a pretty late bloomer all-round.

You're still basically a kid at 13. You really shouldn't start getting drunk regularly at that age.

Re: Chat Thread
There is no chance Scott would actually go through with this, but you should choose a charity on Just Giving and to prove he's gone through with it he'd be able to leave a message and it would also state the amount given on the page of the charity, like this
providing he doesn't say he messed up and the donation amount was set to anonymous or something which he probably would do.

Glad to hear that, now it's just up to him to choose a charity on that website and there would be no doubts as to whether you've paid or not.Scott M wrote:Er, I would go through with it, thank you very much.Ki wrote:There is no chance Scott would actually go through with this, but you should choose a charity on Just Giving and to prove he's gone through with it he'd be able to leave a message and it would also state the amount given, providing he doesn't say he messed up and the donation amount was set to anonymous or something which he probably would do.

The problem is, he just wants the money for himself and he is probably kicking himself for saying that he'd give it to a charity.
The fact he's offered to reduce it to £50 makes this clear

Re: Chat Thread
If he turns down this idea then I'd agree with you, but he's maybe just worried you'd say you had given it to charity and not followed through with it. With this there is a way to 100% prove you made the donation.

Re: Chat Thread
I'm sure that once he realises that I will not hand him the £100 directly, he will begrudgingly accept your idea.
I have a 100% record when it comes to paying off the money I owe from bet losses. I paid Steadman his £50 when Arsenal finished above Liverpool. Actually, an exception is that fact that I owe Jamie £50 for the same bet, but he's disappeared for over a year. If he ever turns up, he'll get his £50.
I think there was another bet that I lost and paid off as well, but I can't seem to recall it.
I owe Theo £25 too, and he's welcome to collect it whenever he's ready.
So please, no more accusations that I will not go through with this kind of thing.
I hope Jay does accept your idea, because it gives me a chance to further reinforce my honesty and prove that I am a man of my word.
It will send a message that when I talk about betting, it's not a bluff.
It will also make people realise that they need to be more careful with what they say in the build up to agreeing the bet. As seen with Jay running his mouth about giving it to charity, which has cost him £100 he could have had for himself.

omfg looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool
The guy has to give me £100 because I shut him up when he tried to act like a hard man on FIFA, and now he is trying to tell me what to do in order to get the debt he has to repay me.
Is this real life?

It's unneccessary for Scott to give you the money directly, when he can prove he donated it to your chosen charity by using Just Giving.

Re: Chat Thread
Maestro (or Dean, but I doubt this is your name) why have you never shown a picture of you and why do you always ridicule Scott for his shit looks? How does it feel to be from arguably the poorest nation and shittest footballing nation in the UK? How does it feel to spend £200 on a forum where the only activity comes from you, Laurencino, Trent and Start?

Scotland is neither the poorest nor worst footballing nation in the UK. No idea why you're raging either but it's funny.

Re: Chat Thread
Northern Ireland are probably a little bit shitter. Scotland is definitely the poorest country in the United Kingdom. I have never met a well off person from Scotland. Every person is in poverty. Scotland should be fucked off from the United Kingdom soon hopefully. Shit teams. Shit nation. Shit everything.
