Why don't you fix it then sell it for more? Surely there's a bigger differential between broken PS3/fixed PS3 than not buying a laser/buying a laser.

Unfortunately I do not have the time or effort (Yet I have it to play the PS3) to try and fix it I'd rather just sell it for a small amount and buy a newer PS3 which are now a lot cheaper than they used to be.
