You reckoned incorrectly. The fixed game took place in the last three or four years. That game was played in 2007.

Apparently it was the Liverpool vs Debrecan (sp?) game. The opposition goalkeeper was working with them to say there would be 2.5 goals of more, but our finishing was terrible so it only finished 1-0

I'd be really surprised if it was a game like Barca - Chelsea where there are two massive clubs, I'd imagine it be much easier to organize a fix between a tie that has at least one "no name" team.
