Pogba has shown for Juventus that we were idiots for letting him go. Has the ability to more or less solve the midfield problems, nonsensical decision. Selling Pique and Giuseppe Rossi was bad enough, and this is definitely "one of those" transfers.

United wanted to keep him (Ferguson himself was quoted with saying, "we want the boy to stay") but there was a contract issue and Pogba didn't sign or something, think he claimed playing time issues. Then he fucked off to Juventus. At least I think that's what happened.

The way United acquired Pogba looked a bit dodgy so it's hard to feel sorry for them. I'm actually not a fan of teams snatching up players from another clubs when they're not even 18 yet.

Carlos Vela would probably be in a better place right now if the cradle robbers at Arsenal had kept their paws off him and left him in Guadalajara.
