Yeah all the school bell ends come in and hog the machines or stand by the dead lift in packs of 5 using a technique of a fucking thalidomide and when someone lifts over 60kg they all go: "MIRRRRRRIIIN FUCKING ZYZZZ BRAH" Me and my mate just walked out when that happened.

If we start at 7am then we can just use all the machines that are usually busy, and legs during the day because no-one ever does legs.

Lowe Starbucks. I hate coffee and they have poor ethics. If its coffee you want the only places I'd go are Costa or Cafe Nero mf.
