They didn't have sex together mf. They all went to Napa in summer 2000 after not making the England squad, and videos of them shagging girls were leaked

After missing out on Euro 2000, Frank Lampard, Rio Ferdinand and Kieron Dyer went to Cyprus to take their minds off not getting picked for the England squad. The trio ended up taking their clothes for the camera, after taking some random women at a burger joint back to their hotel room and filming everything.
The three musketeers might have thought it was a cheap way of getting over their disappointment, but they paid the ultimate price after the ladies went to the English tabloids after the whole shebang and sold their stories for a hefty buck.
