Liverpool is like a poor child from a problematic country. So used to adversity now that it hardly effects them. Oh and it no longer affects us either. It's like when we see infomercials for starving children or get letters asking for donations. Instead of moving us to action it annoys us so we change the channel or throw away the envelope. We've accepted their lot in life and we expect them to do the same.
This is Liverpool now.
No one cares about them.
