Did I get a PS Vita for free?

I ordered it from Shopto and it arrived today. They sent me an email saying the payment had been confirmed but they never took any money out of my account.

Yes, I ordered a game from them before and they didn't take my money, ever.

Some companies really delay taking payments.

I went cinema once and paid with card. I didn't check whether it came out or not. Then got charged a month later and noticed. Went to report fraud and the bank said it's a cinema payment from a month ago so I said must have been me then.

I could take all the money out of my account though and they would have no way of getting it. Anyway, I've used Shopto before and they don't do that, plus I doubt they would ship a device as expensive as a PS Vita without thinking they've took the money.

They took the money out today.
