It almost makes me feel sick that THAT defence is the best we've got facepalm Giggs needs to go off, doesn't even know what he's doing, Kagawa on the left and Rooney behind RVP. Won't even make a difference anyway, we've lost this. And Vertonghen keeps going out of position and we don't even pass it Nani facepalm Fuck this.

Is he? I have seen glimpses but I have no reason to believe he's as good as I thought from people, he often loses the ball, falls over, and most of his best work has been tracking back.. for a player that's meant to have good ball retention, passing, creativity, this is fucking worrying because he's meant to be the link between midfield and attack and that's our biggest problem right now, he has no fucking presence at all in his time with us so far.

Play like this? We've been defending like that all season, and we can't break through them because they have a better midfield which you should have known before the match, Dembele and Sandro are like brick walls that can also pass and dribble.

No, when we won 5-2 we had capable players such as Rooney, Ronaldo, Tevez and Berbatov on the pitch to carve them open, Spurs weren't as good as they are now and we got a lucky penalty, I'd save your money if I were you.

Giggs cannot be starting games at his age.. he shouldnt be on the pitch. Rooney needs to come on to give RVP some support. Kagawa will be involved more if Rooney comes on.. Not sure about all this talk about Rio, not many people would have caught Bale there, Defoe's run distracted him too..

I'd never risk it, just speculating. The odds are falling on that scoreline though, the bookies aren't taking any chances.

Good thing Beckham and Keane fucked off when they did or today's starting midfield might have an average age near 38.
