    Man City, Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea > England.

    That's the only stand out one I can think of. You can argue Barcelona>Spain but it's not that clear cut.

    If the national teams retain the players who play for the club sides in these battles I don't see NT's outside of England losing to a club counterpart consistently (Barca/Spain too close to call). For example, In Italy's case I'd take Montolivo, Pirlo, De Rossi, Marchisho over Marchiso, Pirlo, Vidal any day.
