Celebrations is a good idea, Under armour, long sleeves, sock size, anything like that. FUT13 is really just FUT12 in another skin with a few added things.

You get some packs on UT too, not sure how much they would be worth normally though.

I've got a few early releases out of it seen as it's a year membership tbf, packs are cheaper when you're a season ticket holder too when you buy with msp, depends if it fits what you would do.

2100MSP Points are £12 at my local game.

Plus, I could buy 2x800 cheaper as I already have 650 or something.

6 days early access is pretty nice for £17. I traded 4 games in and got £70 so I technically haven't spent anything

What do I do if I haven't been using the web app at all

I didn't have a security question so there was no way I could get on the web app

Will I have a disadvantage or will I still be able to get the same packs etc that people on the web app have
