Go into the catalogue and go under Ultimate Team. Depending on your level and what you have unlocked you can get a coin boost of a 250 or 1000 for 5,10,15 etc. matches (depending on your level)
You can only use them once but you unlock more when you go up levels.
+ I play single player seasons so you get quite a lot of coins from that also.
