I still say 11's is best, I think it only had 5 songs I didn;t like.

@Jorlung: The gauge I'm using to judge is that I usually want to download a couple of songs from the soundtrack. None of the songs meet the criteria. I've already pinpointed those I'll listen to in-game.

11's was awesome though. Think I recall 09 being good too, not sure though.

9, 11 and 12 were good IMO. 10 was pretty poor. I agree with the growing on you thing, though. I've probably listened to the 12 soundtrack more than any other one.
