'Cause Rooney wasn't playing and RVP missed his last one.
Personally I would of let RVP take it anyways. Although maybe RVP was supposed to take it but Nani asked for it. Who knows. Don't think it's something that should be dwelled on though, maybe if you lost yeah.

i would start buttner over evra from now on btw
i dont care if buttners good performance was against just wigan, he would be better then the useless, careless, lazy evra we are getting atm

Been done with Nani for awhile now and this game cements that. He has talent and probably the best off foot strike I have ever seen. But that isn't enough.. He slows down the game and the team, he takes too many touches, he loses possession, and his corners are poor. Sell him now while we can still get more than what he is worth

Agreed. I wouldn't want him at Arsenal either.

Because we probably won't sell him cause no one will want to buy him, so we might aswell sack him, he doesn't contribute and I lost count of how many times he gave the ball away.
Also I would start with Buttner against Liverpool, it will be a test for him no doubt. But the only way we will know if he is ready for the big games is to throw him in there and see how he goes.
And I would start with Lindergaard over De Gea, Much better and Much more solid keeper.
the defence just look better when he plays.

Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
He may have lost the ball a few times, but he tracked back and won back
the ball numerous times today. With his style of play, he's bound to lose the ball more than others. his one-twos with evra and kagawa in
the box were good. He created chances for kagawa, chich, van persie and evra and
they all missed, i guess that's his fault too. Aside from the missed pk,
he had a solid game imo.

Nani is still the best winger at the club.

It's funny because Nani managed to carve them open with his quick attacking play more than anyone else in our team.

There's no comparison to Liam here. Liam acts as if Berb is the best striker since Pele. Nani defenders are simply defending him as a solid player, not the greatest winger in United history. At least there is precedent for Nani being a really really good player.

Why's Nani being singled out when everyone was average?
Guest- Guest

Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
Because Nani is the type of player that people expect to be "different"
Like when Messi scores a brace and people think it was an average performance.

Van Persie should be playing for Sheffield Wednesday right now.
