Gibbs has really improved and hope he carries this on, Giroud had time and I don't know why he was stretching for the ball.

Good game from everyone so far apart from Mertesacker's 2 error passes and Jenkinson's 2 as well, Diaby's done well as well. I'd feel more comfortable when Koscielny's back in the defence.

Giroud's miss wasn't too bad.
Anyway, shit performance from us. No midfield, Suarez invisible, Borini too slow and lacks technique to play on the wing. Sterling has been lively but Suarez and Gerrard have let him down. Sahin looks very rusty.

Gerrard is terrifying. Can't control for shit anymore. Wish we could drop him, think it's time to give Suso a run of games.

Wonder if Per will keep Koscielny out of the team for longer now
People have been exaggerating Giroud's miss, wasn't even that bad, the one vs Sunderland was worse.

I've always kinda liked Diaby...he's quite a good dribbler. He should be better than he is.

You're missing the point, he hit it well wide.. you have to put that on target, it's only difficult if you're a donkey.Viva Ronaldo 7 wrote:Look at how quick Reina was out at Giroud, thats not an easy chance at all

We should play LK at RB, we won't though
Per should come off though, he has been great but 1 mistake and he's off.

If Rodgers can drop Carragher and Downing, hopefully sooner or later he'll drop Gerrard, Suarez and Reina.

Just looks like Giroud didn't get to the ball quick enough be able to wrap his foot around it and steer it on target. Looked horrendous on first viewing though

For who?? You don't have a better striker, midfielder or goal keeper, don't delude yourself in thinking Doni/Jones are better either. Jones is awful and Doni is barely average at best

Re: Liverpool V Arsenal - World War ONE
If Giroud had already scored this season, he might have thought about sliding it over to the free man on the left (Podolski?) to slot it home from the angle, seeing as Reina was committed on Giroud. Can't blame him from wanting the glory though, just didn't have the balance to finish.
