I assumed it was over the bytes limit.
Oh and Pablo Barrera almost scored a goal like Ronaldinho's tonight for Cruz Azul, but because he's not actually Ronaldinho it stayed at almost instead of did.

If so just do the regular image resize thing but instead of saving as you usually use "save for web and devices"

On photoshop it's easy, just import the gif, and save as web device and put in 150px for width..
But when you're importing a gif sometimes when you browse for the file you have to put the file name in between two *'s then it'll come up.
