Spurs had a goal disallowed then Lukaku nearly scored straight after. Mad stuff.

Re: Premier League thread
UGH! Woeful defending from us all around, let too many runs in behind, too many times Gallas ended up 1 on 1 with Lukaku, and on setpieces we were horrible and couldn't clear a ball. West Brom deserved a point.
Match ends 1-1 btw, Morrison scored in injury time for WBA

I'll take that as a no, then? Not surprised though.TheRangersFan wrote:Ché Guayaba wrote:Does anybody know if Gio made Tottenham's bench?

*sigh* Dude, comes back from scoring goals at the Olympics, and winning a gold medal for his country, but he doesn't even get a look in.

Re: Premier League thread
I'm glory supporting Swansea this season, and so far its probably the best choice of the season. I don't know how much credit there is to Laudrup for the general playstyle, but the league owes him for brining Michu to BPL.
Also i thought this was a nice gesture https://twitter.com/cesc4official/status/239349097910378496
Saw also Gary Lineker posting something that was re-tweeted by Laudrup's son Mads https://twitter.com/GaryLineker/status/239336951675764737
Seems right to support the smaller clubs when the one closest to the heart has one of the most decorated trophy wings in the world.

Because they normally talk about it in the 'Football league thread' or whatever it's called these days
The best thread around.

Re: Premier League thread
Swansea haven't been good in defense and not that effective in offense yet, but 2nd half will bring the magic again! The 1-1 goal was great though, its a bit like watching Ajax with more physique. Fletcher scored 2 gifts of goals although the first one did require a bit of a finish which he did provide.
