First professional game, misses a good opportunity, stretching and shooting with his weaker foot. New Chamakh. I hope the person who runs that account gets hit by a lorry later tonight.

I'm not disappointed but I am frustrated, not so much with Arsenal as with football. Anti-football yields too many positive outcomes
If Giroud hadn't missed, far out.

Not bothered about Song. I don't blame Giroud, just came on, no fitness really, and it wasn't even that bad.

It is vitally important to be at full fitness to put chances like that away tbf

Arshavin looked good when he came on don't get why he is so hated. Gervinho on the other hand is pretty much useless. Boring match either way.

Yea, it is, he was stretching and it was with his weaker foot too.

Shit transfer especially if it's above £10 million.

That wasn't that bad of a miss at all. Suarez does that every game.

Arteta - 119 passes, 96% accuracy
Total 5 man Sunderland midfield - 126 passes, 75% accuracy

Not surprising. It was like watching Barca dominate in a 0-0 game against a weaker opponent.

Holy shit Mal, If you saw my later comment I said it was tounge in cheek, I'm not stupid enough to compare Giroud to Chamakh after not even a whole game played yet..

Re: Arsenal V Sunderland
Gervinho useless? Please if you didn't watch the game don't comment on anything at all, him and Cazorla were our best players by far. Why Ramsey still plays for us I don't know fuck sake man, should have just put Arshavin there and put on Santos instead.fluffy_kittens wrote:Arshavin looked good when he came on don't get why he is so hated. Edit: I hope Giroud starts next game, with Podolski switching to the left and Gervinho on the right along with them switching sides.

I watched the whole match, Gervinho had opportunities to shoot that he didn't take, he danced around with the ball when he got it and didn't accomplish much of anything, and his final balls were dreadful

No they weren't and he was the only attacking player bar Cazorla to do anything of use.

I guess the cut back for Cazorla was a dreadful ball along with getting passed Gardner in the 2nd half with constant ease was poor. Even the shit ESPN commentators said the players should just give the ball to him as he's most likely to make something happen.
