If someone calls you useless at work, can you take action as bullying/harrassment? I think the woman meant it jokingly however I don't like the woman, and tbh I probably am useless at the thing she was going on about, but still?

She moaned on Monday, then said that today. If I get it wrong tomorrow (again!) hopefully she says something again.
